Polish Partner CEES continues to develop 2016 NEET Workshop

On 1st October, 2015 together with Malopolska School of Economics in Tarnow, we held interviews for NEETs who were interested in participating in Pilot NEET Development workshops in London with partner Teachsport. The workshop will be held as a part of ET-NEETs project activities and topics will include: interpersonal communication; leadership; organizational skills; diversity of social life & entrepreneurship will be. Participants in the workshop, are young people who qualify as a NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). These are people who do not continue their education (which may be part-time students), do not participate in vocational training and are not working; they should be at the age of 24 years or less and with level of English not lower than B1.

Questionnaire Results Published

Great News! ET-NEET's Project is pleased to announce that the results from the Questionnaires of Target Group A & B have all been completed & can be found on the results page of the website. 

Detailed interpretation and analysis of the data is taking place at the moment.

The results of the questionnaires will help shape the Pilot NEET Training courses that will be held in early 2016.

Partners meet in Rzeszów, 2015

The second partnership meeting took place in Rzeszów in June 2015. Besides the analysis of data gathered during the research phase, partners discussed the course for NEETs that will be developed within the project and offered to young people.

All agreed that the course should include topics such as: leadership, organisation and communication skills, employability, inclusion, diversity of life barriers and a particular focus placed on entrepreneurial skills.

Within the project, four young people from Poland will participate in the course organised by the UK partner in London, Teach Sport and another four from the UK will take part in the course organised by Spanish partner, Sea Teach in Mallorca. The recruitment of NEETs for the PNT course in Poland and in the UK will start soon.
